Feynman Nano is a University of Central Florida spin out company located in Orlando, Florida. Our technology is a proprietary polymer nanoimprinting technique. The process allows polymers and polymer films to be embedded with nanostructures as small as 20nm and up to 100um. Areas over 300mm can be structured while maintaining a low cost.
For Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) and Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance (LSPR) arrays we use a 2 step manufacturing process.
Step 1: Fabricate nanostructures on low-cost PMMA.
