Nanostructures Provide a breakthrough in sequencing powerNanostructured biochip technologies are being adopted due to their declining costs per sample and their ability to sequence large sample sizes quickly and accurately. By empowering genetic analysis and facilitating a deeper understanding of genetic variations and function, researchers can advance disease research, drug development, and the creation of molecular diagnostic tests.

Innovative Manufacturing Process Resulting in Ordered Arrays at a Low CostFeynman Nano has developed a low cost, novel nano-manufacturing process to reproducibly fabricate highly ordered nanopatterned polymer substrates. The process enables us to imprint on polymers and thin polymer films to be embedded with nanostructures, nanochannels and/or complex patterns as small as 20 nanometers and up to 100 micrometers over large areas.

Complex Ordered Nano-FeaturesWe fabricate the desired nano patterned array on a low cost high quality PMMA
|
Optically TransparentAll arrays are optically transparent, allowing for reads from the top and bottom.
|
Price Point: $50-$100For $50 - $100, you get billions of uniform nano features at fixed locations to achieve high density clusters
|
Same Arrays, Same Budget, Larger Sample Size
Feynman Nano's novel nano-fabrication process has the capability of producing the same ordered nano-patterned arrays you are using for your current research and commercialization.
With the same budget as before, you can get more arrays, increasing your sample size. |
Depending on order size and quantity, our unique process allows for us to sell ordered nano-patterned DNA Sequencing arrays for between $50-$100.

Capabilities of the Feynman Nano nano-manufacturing process
We keep our costs low by using a high-quality PMMA combined with our novel nano-manufacturing process. Our novel nano-manufacturing is like a high-end copy machine. We take a ‘negative’ mold and use it to create a low cost ‘positive’ substrate of the same quality and design as the negative. The same master can be used thousands of times without degradation.
